Mr. Andy Mortenson, Co Founder

 

Mr. Andy Mortenson co-founded CSI in 2007 with Mr. Scott Harman.  Mr. Mortenson has over 30 years experience in the advanced technologies fields and has gained extensive knowledge through his work with the United States Navy, Hughes Aircraft and Bell Atlantic Mobile.

Andy opened a record store in New York after graduating from High School and sold the business to join the Navy.  CSI is the third privately held business that he has successfully founded or co-founded. He has held senior level management positions for the last 18 years ranging from Director to President.

 

He is a proud United States Naval veteran that served his country on board the aircraft carriers USS Nimitz and the USS Midway in Japan.

 

Mr. Phil Larsen, National Integration Manager

 

Mr. Phil Larsen joined the CSI Team as a Lead Installer in May 2009. He is currently one of CSI’s Project Managers with more than 5 years of telecommunications experience.  Throughout his career he has been involved in almost every phase of implementation to include engineering, design, installation, operations and Project Management.  Mr. Larsen’s background is in base building design and implementation, of NOC and mission critical facilities, along with other high interest commercial building. He has been in involved with deploying projects nationwide.   He holds several certifications including OSHA 30, Ceragon, ADRF, NEC, Bridgewave Product Introduction, Master Certificate in Management and Leadership, High Angle Rescue, and CPR/ Blood Bourne Pathogens. He currently holds a Bachelor in Business Management and Associates Degree in Building Construction; also he is currently pursuing his PMP certification. 

 

Noelle Dormio, Controller

 

Noelle Dormio serves as Controller to Connectivity Solutions Inc.  Ms. Dormio has over 15 years experience providing financial advice to numerous companies and non-profit organizations.  She started with CSI in July of 2010 bringing processes to help grow revenues, increase office efficiencies and decrease burdens.  Ms. Dormio has experience with financial functions using QuickBooks, financial reports, payroll, HR, analysis, performing in-depth audits, and projections. 

 

Mr. Kevin Turrisi, National Integration Manager

 

Mr. Kevin Turrisi joined the CSI Executive Team as a National Integration Manager in November 2008. He is currently one of CSI’s Senior Project Managers with more than 12 years of telecommunications experience.  Throughout his career he has been involved in almost every phase of implementation to include engineering, design, installation, test/turn-up, operations and Project Management.  He has been in involved with deploying projects nationwide.   He holds several certifications including OSHA 30, Ceragon, Winstar Equipment Installation Testing and Certification, P-COM DLC, Comprehensive Grounding and Protection of Communications Sites, Motorola: Wireless LAN Platform Technical Certification, Motorola: Wireless LAN Platform Sales Certification, Motorola: RFS6000-RFS7000 Switch Hardware Comparison Training, Motorola: RFS6000-RFS7000 Product Certification, Motorola: WLAN Assessment following CWNA Certification, Aritsu Site Master, Dragon Wave, Xirrus Basic 802.11n Array Configuration, Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue Training, Advanced Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue Training, Bridgewave Product Introduction, Bridgewave System Installer, Bridgewave System Administrator, Advanced RF Technologies Repeater Training, NEC, E-Band Communications, PPC Wireless Connector Training.  He is currently pursuing his PMP, Mobile Access Certification, CWTS, and CWNA.

 

Mr. Ken Gaul, National IT Manager

 

Mr. Ken Gaul joined the CSI Executive Team as the National IT Manager in January 2010. He is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry.  During the course of his IT career, he has been involved in almost every phase of Computer Networking from Help Desk Technician to Help Desk Administrator, Network Technician / Administrator / Engineer up to IT Manager and IT Project Manager. He holds several IT Certifications including CWNA, Security+, MCITP, MCSE, and CNE.  Mr. Gaul also has extensive IT training experience and has taught numerous IT Certification courses and holds the IT Teaching Certifications CTT+ and MCT. He is currently pursuing his PMP Certification.

 

Mr. Alden Thomas, National Field Integration Manager

 

With 25 years of telecom manufacturing, installation, quality control, supervision, and management experience, Mr. Thomas has been a CSI employee since 2007. He embraced the challenge of helping start a new company, and was CSI’s first full-time employee. He has been instrumental in growing CSI from 2 guys and a truck to over 30 employees, 20 service vehicles, and 3 buildings in 2 states.

 

As CSI’s National Field Integration Manager, he is responsible for on-time system delivery, field crew management, and training. He also maintains quality processes, and procedures, and works with multiple customers to ensure adherence to customer needs and expectations. He has held positions in manufacturing, Quality Assurance / Quality Control, as well as Site Supervisor, and Quality Auditor. In addition, Mr. Thomas is a U.S. Army Veteran, a Paratrooper who served in the 10th Special Forces Group, and was honorably discharged.

 

Brooks  Vandevanter, Master Electrician

 

Brooks  Vandevanter   was  added  to the CSI staff  in  May  2011.  He currently leads  the  CSI Electrical  Division .  Brooks is a Master  Electrician in  Maryland , D.C., and  Virginia.  Brooks   has  over  25  years  experience  as  an  electrician  in   commercial and residential projects.  Brooks was the owner/operator of Solar Green Electric , an electrical company  which  specialized  in  solar  power  and green  modifications  to both commercial and  residential properties.
